Refund policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 30 days to exchange the product for a new version of a tattoo aftercare products. And 30 days to return or exchange any apparel or other products.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers and want to make sure we provide you with the best product. Due to the fresh nature of our products, we cannot accept refunds at this time for tattoo aftercare products.

In order to exchange tattoo aftercare products please contact customer service. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover return shipping expenses unless the reason for the return is our fault. Returns generally take 3-5 business days to process after receiving the product.
